Love at first sight: POIS & Alba Yoga

We are more than happy to announce that our products can now be shopped locally in Stuttgart - Germany. The name of the store is POIS — Natürlich Portugal. and sells exclusively products made in Portugal. They have two stores in the Stuttgart area,

• one in the city center
• and the other one in Winnenden.

Their business consists of organic fruits and vegetables grown by small Portuguese farmers as well as beautiful handcrafted products — free of any toxics and made of organic materials, just like our yoga products. For POIS it is highly important that everyone gets fair prices for their products and is able to pay fair salaries for the employees involved — sustainable throughout the whole product chain.

The project is run by Matthias, a German guy with a Portuguese soul. We met him early in 2015 whilst living in Stuttgart. We discovered his shop by coincidence and instantly fell in love with the concept. For about five years we have been frequent customers, and a visit to the store in the city center became a ritual during the weekends. After our move to Portugal at the end of 2019 we never lost contact with each other. In autumn this year we had the chance to show Matthias our recently created Alba Yoga products during a lovely lunch in Lisbon. He was hooked right away and loved the idea of using cork. And now two months later you can find our products at his shop. How cool is that?!

Besides having a fantastic store decoration set up (pictures will follow soon), POIS designed this beautiful flyer shown below, telling the story of POIS & Alba Yoga (German only).
