Of course you can have your order sent to a DHL Packstation in Germany. During your checkout add the following information as the delivery address:

- Your name as usual

- Instead of street, add "Packstation" in the address field 1

- Add your Post-ID, found on your personal DHL card, in the address field 2

- Instead of house number, add the number of your Packstation close by

- ZIP code and city where the Packstation is located

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Personalized items cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged during shipping.
